ELEVATED GLP-1 is priced by weekly dose, starting at $149/mo for semaglutide and $249/mo for tirzepatide. You pay for the dose you actually take: the price moves only when your clinician changes your dose, in either direction. Above 7.5 mg of tirzepatide weekly we prescribe brand Zepbound and bill $99/mo for your care instead, because at that dose the manufacturer's own price beats compounding. Retatrutide is provider-gated at $499/mo when your physician selects it — not self-serve online.
